Fantastic Location for Theme Parks

The lobby was lovely and smelled divine! Our location was spot on for Busch Gardens, making it a breeze to visit. Breakfast was decent, but a bit more protein wouldn't hurt!

But, darling, the shower drain was on a permanent vacation and toiletries were smaller than my purse! Who knew shampoo could delight a pixie, though?

The hotel was a convenient choice for enjoying attractions like Busch Gardens and Water Country USA. I appreciated the proximity to these fun spots, making it easy to plan our family outings. The staff was helpful when we needed pizza recommendations, which added a nice touch to our stay. Unfortunately, the room wasn’t in the best condition, with cleanliness issues and a loud air conditioning system. However, the helpful nature of the front desk staff made a difference during our visit, despite the ongoing renovations.

Wyndham Garden offers a fantastic location close to local attractions and the parks in Williamsburg. The staff was courteous and accommodating, ensuring that my check-in experience was smooth and efficient. The meeting rooms are well-equipped, accommodating my business needs and allowing for a productive work environment.

Unexpected Charges Derailed Fun

The beds were surprisingly comfortable, making it easier to recharge after busy days. Andrea at the front desk was genuinely concerned when we encountered issues.

We faced an unexpected charge of $350 for smoke complaints—a total misunderstanding that really clouded our stay.

Room cleanliness could improve!!! !!! We found hair in the bathroom and the carpets felt unclean!!! The air conditioning unit constantly turned off and on, leading to discomfort and frustration!!!

The location is perfect for visiting local attractions, especially Busch Gardens and Water Country. Rooms were equipped with a microwave and a fridge, making it easy to keep snacks. The air conditioning worked well, keeping the room cool. The pool area was clean with nice sun loungers. Free parking was a nice bonus!

Cleaning could use a serious upgrade. there's dust lurking in corners and some strange sticky substance on the floor that's not going anywhere without a good scrubbing. Other guests have complained about the pool area being less than pristine, and there's no exhaust fan in the bathroom, which feels like an outdated oversight. Plus, the phone in the room was out of commission during the entire stay, which can be more of a headache than you'd think.

The cleanliness of the hotel wasn’t up to snuff compared to others. Breakfast got stale quickly, same ol’ scrambled eggs and sausage daily. Even our tub was slow to drain, which was a bit of a bummer.
